As the eighth month, August is typically a high flow-high confidence month with lots of doubtless eight energy to spare (number of confidence, independence and wisdom), but there’s a big dip in the stream this week as we hit a patch of confidence killer twos. The two is the number of intuition, sensitivity and cooperation and could essentially be viewed as eights opposite in many ways.
Although they’re both soul plane frequencies, two is the most subdued and sensitive while eight is the most active and detached of the emotional numbers. We enjoy multiple eights last week with a whopping amount of confidence and abundant energy at our fingertips but this week we’ll leave the rapids and enter the calm glass lake. It will feel like you’re breaking to a screeching halt but really you’re being given a minute to read the direction of your flow. You will likely find in the still, clear waters of the multiple twos this week, that quiet time is just what you need after an overzealous week of gung-ho, unbridled ambitious action (and realize you’ve overshot the mark).

Today’s energy is the perfect tone to set the stage for a week of re-examining, re-focusing, re-planning, re-designing. This Sunday’s vibe is the natural counselor 23-five. Leading with the two, this freedom of expression five day is all about seeing clearly what the heart and soul wants. Career and life purpose are at the forefront and you’ll find yourself daydreaming most of the day but with a crystal clear clarity you haven’t see in a while. Everything makes sense today, even some of the stuff you didn’t quite get but were going with the flow anyway (hoping it would make sense at some point). Thankfully relationship woes seem a million miles away for the next 24 hours so enjoy the zero drama rating as you take a little “me” time to get your mental, emotional and soulful affairs in order.

The quiet time was great while it lasted but this Monday (Monday of all days) you’ll find yourself a student in the front row of relationship drama 101. Yep, that’s right, today is a 24-six, which means we’ve got the number of extremes six (and the relationship shifting number) turning the drama dial all the way up. To top it off, we’ve got double eights present (8th month and 18th day) but instead of independent confidence, the eight turns to its negative attitude of detached, cold and self-absorbed. The icing on the cake is the 24-six leads with the most sensitive soul plane number two. Emotions are touchy (two) and all over the board (six number of extremes).
If there’s one thing a six brings out in relationship dealings, it’s more drama than you can handle. It’s a self-sabotaging energy in the negative so be prepared for saying the wrong things at the wrong time and getting lashed out at haphazardly from all angles. HINT: It may not be a good day to call your mother, try to convince your boss why you deserve a raise or tell your girlfriend how you honestly feel about her new haircut.

If you’re not already feeling like the black sheep this week, today will put you over the edge into exile. The 25-seven day is leading with a double dose of soul plane energy (two and five) and combining to add to the seven, the number of truth, authenticity and the deep, philosophical energy. The seven demands we take time alone to contemplate and reflect as the spiritual mountain number. Coincidentally, more churches are built at 7 addresses than any other number because of the sevens pull to go within for deep self-reflection. The flip side of today’s energy is that the seven also has a tendency to leap-before-thinking as the most active physical number. If you’re more of a doer than a thinker, this could be you today so stay mindful of any irrational or spontaneous thoughts that pop up. After all, we’re still in the boldest and most confident month of the year (eight). Emotions rule the roost today as the two and five lead the day’s tone so beware that rational or logical thinking could be non-existent leading to moments of insanity. If possible, take heed to the pull of the energy and spend much of today in your own company. In relationship confrontations (and there could be many if you choose to go outside your contemplative cave), expect to let loose your truest intentions and feelings as the high emotions (two and five) adding to the number of truth are like a dose of truth serum.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2014
We’re back in the presence of the eight day (double eights at that) today, but unfortunately not in the same way we experienced last week. It’s a 17-eight day with a side helping of double sensitive twos (20th day plus 2014 year) sending that inner seve (inner number in 17-eight) back into the cave for another day contemplation. The plus side is that you’ll be chalk full of wise advice as the communication number (one) combines with the deep, philosophical number of truth (seven) adding together to create the number of wisdom (eight). Unlike Monday, keeping your mouth shut isn’t necessary because you’ll be saying all the right words today. What you held back during the first of the week can be easily spoken today and be well received, for the most part. Keep your notebook handy to write down all those superb, wisdom-filled, Hallmark card quality quotes you’ll come up with this Wednesday. You’ll learn a lot from your knowledgeable self. Today’s energy takes the meaning of “self-taught” to another level.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 21, 2014
Thursday: The highest change day of the week has the confidence number (eight) in the inner or weaker position. It’s a 18-nine day and although it’s the same frequency as the word LOVE, you’re not really feeling any love today. The opposite side of the high change nine is judgmental, opinionated and stubborn (rigid beliefs/ideals). It’s a nit-picky kind of day as the nine is lacking the confident upswing of the eight and the negative eight comes out to join forces with the negative nine. These two can make for a dynamite combo in the positive (ambitious, confident, doubtless and big dreamer energies) but in the negative, they can be the ugliest pair of all as the most active mental number (nine) and the most active soul number (eight). Tangent, what-if thinking and detached self-absorbed feelings spells DIFFICULT to get along with. You aren’t going to be right in anyone’s eyes today (nor they in yours). It’s a Thursday of butting heads in the extreme with pretty much everyone reporting some kind of loss on the battlefield. Take it with a grain of salt though because it’s the energy, not you. Cut your losses and move on because tomorrow is a new day — literally and figuratively.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 22, 2014
Here’s your chance to balance the scales from yesterday as you may have (probably) voiced your opinions a tad too loudly. The negative nine can be lopsided and justice-seeking in its view of things (someone has to pay) but there’s nothing like a very physical one day to straighten out the super mind-based nine. Infused with physical practicality, the one knows just what to say and do to forge a new (and better) path as the pioneer-trailblazer.
Today could prove to be the most confident of all days this week because one energy has the luxury of being detached (one isn’t divisible by any other number) thus avoiding the only trap of the day (but it’s a doozy) — triple twos. It’s the 22nd day of 2014 and that spells not one, not two but three twos — the number of intuition and sensitivity.
Normally, I’d say run for the hills and avoid any kind of confrontations today but the isolated one can handle it and even thrive on it, using the strong intuitive sense of the triple twos as the ultimate navigational force. The one doesn’t get become easily overpowered by so much emotional sensitivity. It’s an outsider for the most part which is going to give a leg up on using your intuitive voice to view the situation from a detached perspective instead of succumbing to all the intense sensitive two energy this Friday. Imagine how much you could accomplish in the physical sense if your actions were perfectly guided by clear intuitive direction? That’s today. Make the best of it in every way possible.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 23, 2014
The twos are haunting us this week and so it’s fitting we would end on a pure 20-two day. More triple twos, too (23rd day, 2014 and day adds to 20-two), but this time we don’t have the armor of the pioneering one like yesterday.
Oddly enough though, it will be a particularly free-feeling day where you’ll have the sense that the world is your oyster and there is more than enough abundance for all of us out there. It could be that the eight energy of the month is able to shine through the purity of the two and its intuitive knowings. There’s a lot less doubt floating about in the air today which is surprising given it’s a very feeling energy day (two most sensitive soul number).
Enjoy the sense of confidence trickling back in. It’s not the same strutting kind of confidence we’ve enjoyed from the eight this month but rather a deeper seated kind of confidence that knows everything is just as it’s supposed to be (and that everything is going to be OK).
