Ellen DeGeneres sat down with the president of The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Wayne Pacelle, about the Ag Gag Bill. The Ag Gag Bill involves legislation trying to stop animal activists and undercover investigators from recording animal abuse.
Pacelle told DeGeneres that he contacted her believing she would support an anti-cruelty to animals initiative based on her work in the past. He hopes that with her help, they can make a change. DeGeneres told her audience that if the video gets 25,000 likes she would donate $25,000 to HSUS.
