Lori Michaels is back! Those of you on the NYC lesbian party circuit probably remember the diva from her popular dance hit, “REBOUND,” that was played at every Hampton’s party in 2010. Others of you might remember “Me and the Girls,” Lori’s popular TV show on Here, which featured Lori and her dancers.
Lori’s newest single is called “Rain Down Love.” It features a throwback 90’s club kid beat, which makes you feel like you’re in an episode of “Queer as Folk” (for the baby dykes who are reading this and are too young to remember QAF, Netflix it. I promise it’ll be great). The heavy bass combined with sexy lyrics (think…wet) makes for a catchy, adrenaline pumping song that I’m predicting will be the theme song of 2013.
