General Advertising Policies:

1. We would like a reciprocal link on the sites of all advertisers. This helps us all get the word out about the fabulous things we all have to offer! Visit our promotions page to find banners for promoting Lesbian.com from your site. This is not a requirement; do what feels best for you and what works for your site. We appreciate any cross promotion you can offer.
2. We will not accept advertising from those who promote hate or discrimination of any kind. We will not accept banner ads from "adult" sites. We prefer to accept ads from companies and organizations which have personnel policies supporting domestic partner relationships.
3. We have no responsbility for the vendors listed in Lesbian.com or Lesbian.com MarketPlace. For more information, please visit our About the Vendors section.
4. If you have any billing problems or complaints, please email us at sales@lesbian.com.

1. Advertising agreements for display ads are for a minimum of three (3) months.
2. Advertising agreements do not automatically renew.
3. You can change out your ad one (1) time during the three (3) months.
4. We'll bill you for three (3) months at a time.
5. We'll keep a waiting list for ads on a first come first served basis. So if you have an ad in MarketPlace for a given period, that does not mean that you can automatically extend the time that your ad runs.
6. If you want an ad for longer than three (3) months, you have to reserve it in advance. We'll send you an invoice by email a few weeks before your reserved period begins. If you decide to cancel before the reserved period begins, then you have to let us know within five (5) working days of receipt of the invoice. If you don't let us know that you want to cancel at least two (2) weeks after you get the invoice, then you have to pay for at least the first month unless we have others on the waiting list for that spot.
7. Refunds: If you cancel your ad during your paid three (3) month period, we will not refund the amount you've paid for your three (3) months unless we have others on the waiting list for that spot.
8. Ad sizes: Ad file size must be less than 13K for a 468x60 and less than 8K for a 120x60. All ads must be in .gif or .jpg format.
9. No flashing ads or excessive animation.
10. If your site is unavailable for more than 24 hours, we reserve the right to remove your ad and you will not be refunded for the time that your ad is removed from Lesbian.com. We will always work with you and try our best to be fair if you let us know that your site will be down. If we remove your ad, we will make our best effort to contact you either before or after we remove it. If we remove your ad, you must let us know when your site is available so that we can reinstate your ad.
11. If your ad is begin shown 50% of the time, we may, at our discretion, choose to show it 100% of the time.
12. If we find, at any time, that your site does not conform to these policies, we will, at our discretion, remove your ad and have no obligation to refund to you any of the monies you have paid to Lesbian.com.
13. We reserve the right to refuse any ad.
14. Billing and all correspondence will be by email. If your email is unavailable to you for more than a few days, call and let us know at 314-614-1273.

1. We will not share customer information with anyone without your permission.
2. We may, from time to time, send you information from Lesbian.com about the site.

1. We are working with PayPal to offer you online payment of your invoices from Lesbian.com. PayPal is the payment vendor used by ebay, the popular auction site. We appreciate you paying your invoices online when you can; it saves us lots of time and helps us keep our prices affordable for you.
2. If you ever have any billing concerns or questions, please visit our Customer Service Section where you'll find all of our contact information.

1. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to provide you with reports that tell you how many visitors are coming to your site from Lesbian.com. Lesbian.com will not provide you with specific traffic reports for your link.
2. We are working to provide online traffic reporting for each of the categories in MarketPlace. We'll let you know when we have that service available.
