BY A Biloxi couple planning to wed in eight months handed their $23 to a Harrison County circuit clerk for a marriage license Wednesday and waited to be denied.
Candy Dalton, 43, and Sabrina Tiedt, 33, met last year when the mother of four hired Tiedt to be her babysitter.
