Over 200 tech companies, including Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft and Ebay, have partnered together to file a brief arguing against the Defense Of Marriage Act, or DOMA.

“Part of the argument that they’re putting forth here is that it actually hinders their ability to really recruit and maintain really great talent,” Huffington Post Senior Tech Editor Bianca Bosker said, “because they’re unable to really give their employees equal benefits that they might otherwise.”
