Designer Karl Lagerfeld has used his platform in fashion to support the legalization of same-sex marriage in France by sending two models wearing couture bridal gowns down the catwalk. During last Tuesday’s Paris Grand Palais fashion show, the models walked forward holding hands, accompanied by Lagerfeld’s four-year-old godson. The trio took the final bow at the German designer’s Chanel haute couture show.
